Complaints and Appeals

The Atlas Certification team take complaints very seriously and we will proactively receive, record and investigate them with complete due diligence. We have appointed an Impartiality and Governance Committee (external to Atlas Certification) to monitor our performance in running a certification business. All complaints lodged through this website will be directed to the Chair of the Impartiality and Governance Committee.

If a certified client (or a client seeking certification) wishes to appeal against an Action (non-conformance) or certification decision made by Atlas Certification, then they may do so by lodging an appeal. All appeals are copied directly to the Chair of the Impartiality and Governance Committee and the outcome of appeals are reviewed by the committee at their planned meetings.
