When your management system certification is approved, you may use the Atlas Certification logo to promote the fact that your organisation is certified to the appropriate standard and associated accreditation. However, it is important that such logos are displayed correctly and in accordance with the following rules. The general shape, structure, colour and appearance of the Certification Logo must not be changed without prior written approval from Atlas Certification Limited.

Displaying the Certification Number
The certification Number (displayed on your certificate) must be displayed directly below the certification logo and shall be legible.

Permitted use of the Certification Logo
The Certification Logo may be used to promote the fact that your organisation is certified to the appropriate standard and associated accreditation via the following media:

  • letterheads
  • business cards
  • brochures
  • website and email signatures

The Certification Logo must not be used
It is important to ensure that the Certification Logo (including any associated text) is not used in any way that could mislead an interested party as to the status of the Certification. On this basis it is not permitted to display the Certification Logo as follows:

  • The Certification Logo shall not be applied to laboratory test, calibration or inspection reports or certificates.
  • The Certification Logo shall not be used on a product or product packaging or in any other way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.
  • The Certification Logo shall not be applied to any vehicle, building or flag.
  • You must cease to display the Certification Logo if your certification has been suspended, cancelled or has expired.
