Covid-19 visitor preparedness – client questionnaire

Now that Covid-19 restrictions are relaxing somewhat, we want to ensure that our audit team are prepared in advance of visiting your premises to ensure their safety and the safety of your workforce.  For this reason we’d like some information from you about the risks and precautions at your organisation’s premises relating to Covid-19.

Note: the information which you provide will not affect the outcome of the audit, it is used solely to determine if your next audit is to be conducted on-site or remotely based on safety reasons.
