Feedback from our clients based on our assessment and certification services is a critical link to our success and therefore we ask for as much feedback as possible. As long as it’s constructive, we really don’t mind negative or positive feedback.

Your opinions really do count! As a regulated service provider and an organisation which is monitored by an independent Impartiality and Governance Committee, both parties have agendas to monitor the perceptions of our clients.
